closing? so, basically, we died. nothing's really going to work, at this point, to bring back the site. we apologize, but we believe this is the best thing to do. you have about a week to log in and take your applications and whatnot, and then the site is going into maintenance mode. and we'd love it if you guys would join us on our other site. (: about the dance let's get straight to the point. some of you have been clearly disregarding the fact that the school dance is a school dance. risque outfits are not acceptable. if you have your character wear one, you can bet that icly, they will be kicked out of the dance and perhaps banned from future dances. so it's recommended that you keep your costumes school appropriate. if you're not sure about a costume, ask the staff. (; UPDATES AS OF 5/29 hey, so we've got a new skin up. you can thank mickey for that. (; anyhow, don't forget to get your characters off the unsafe list in the activity check, as it will be ending soon. we've got our first new plot update, so go check that out! there are also some halloween events located in the special events board, a halloween ball at the castle for the students and a halloween scarefest in diagon alley for the adults. have fun (;

ac update a lot of people have been making a lot of characters really quickly. we want to make sure you all plan on being active with them. so any characters accepted the 27th or earlier will be added to the AC. make sure to check if your accounts are on there! (;

activity check we have our first activity check up! you can click here to go to it. it runs from may 22nd to june 1st. this means your posts must be between those dates in order for you to get cleared. posted made before the 22nd or after the 1st will not count! in other news, we'd like to give a big warm welcome to kaitlyn and mycroft, our new staff! be nice to them, kids. (;

updates 3/15/11 first off, yay for being over a week old! also, you may have noticed we have a staff search right here that closes the 20th. go check it out and consider applying! another thing we wanted to mention is a new rule update. jerry and i have been operating under this system the whole time, but apparently we totally forgot to put this in the rules and stuff. basically, you only get four abilities on the site. and you only get the last two after you make a fifth character. so if you have four or less characters, you only get two abilities. now, one last thing: let's talk about character ratios and what we need. we had to ban gryffindor seventh years as well, because slytherin and gryffindor are now totally imbalanced. please make sixth years! some other things we'd like more off are: boys, adults, hufflepuffs. so if you're thinking of a new character, consider one of them! thanks guys!

day five! well, we're officially on day five! can you believe how well we've done so far? amazing, right? we've got some awesome members and characters, and hope to have many more. we've already had to put a restriction on seventh year slytherins, since people have made those like crazy. all other houses are still open. and please feel free to make adults! we love them! hope everyone's enjoying the site so far. feel free to contact jerry or me if you have questions or anything like that.
